Do I need to install anything?
No. Umufasha runs in any web browser, and there is a mobile app for your phone. Both share the same live data.
Can I manage more than one shop?
Yes. Add as many shops and warehouses as your plan allows, move stock between them and see totals across all of them.
What happens if the internet drops?
The mobile app keeps what you recorded and sends it when the connection returns, so a slow network never stops a sale.
Who can see my business data?
Only the people you invite. Each person signs in with their own account and sees what their role allows.
Which languages are supported?
English, French, Kinyarwanda, Swahili and Spanish. Each team member chooses their own.
How do I pay?
By card or mobile money, including MTN MoMo and Airtel Money. Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. Plans with a trial show the number of days on their card, and you get the full plan during the trial. If you decide not to continue, you stay on Free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when a plan lapses?
If a payment fails or you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the period. Your data is kept and you can upgrade again whenever you are ready.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account at any time as your business changes.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying for a year costs less than twelve monthly payments. Switch the toggle above to see the saving on each plan.
